How does your software integrate with our clinic?
Our custom software is integrated into your website, giving your patients access to forms 24/7 without you having to manually send forms or chase patients to complete them. Once completed a legally bound PDF is sent direct to your clinic.

How is installation? Is there any down time?
Our installation process is quick and offers any customization your clinic needs. There is no downtime and we have systems integrated and running within 3 business days.
Can we create our own forms?
We have created over 30 templates each customizable to suit your clinic. Everything from new patient to medical history as well as Covid-19 acknowledgement forms. All integrated with our E-Sign system ensures professional legal documentation from each submission.
Is there any monthly fees?
Installation is a one time fee! We offer complete tech support for 30 days after roll out. All updates and improvements are rolled out free and included with the installation costs. After the 30 day support period, there is the option of an on going maintenance package. This includes support and additional changes / customization for a monthly cost of $49.99 +HST. This is optional and can be cancelled at any time.
